We want to help ensure that your one of a kind, handcrafted board will last for decades.

CUTTING ON YOUR BOARD

The more you use your board, the more scratches, the more character.

CLEANING YOUR BOARD

Hand wash your board and utensil with light soap and warm water -wipe dry.

Never submerge or leave your board and utensil in standing water.

DISINFECTING YOUR BOARD

Lemon, white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide can be used to disinfect and remove odors.

RESTORING YOUR BOARD

Remove deep cuts by using a 320 or higher grit sand paper. Simply coat the board with a food safe mineral oil or cutting board oil. Allow the oil to fully soak in. After 24 hours wipe off the excess oil.

We use and recommend Walrus Oil Products which can be found on our SHOP PAGE.

Walnut oil, flax seed oil, food safe butcher block oil and beeswax are great options too. *Never use vegetable oil.
